Link your chosen database to your Journey Wizz account. Health Wizz handles the secure connection.
4. Export patient data in CCDA or USCDI format
Your site’s data from EHRs flows into your database as standardized CCDA or USCDI records.
5. Search by what matters
Find eligible patients using ICD codes, demographics, medications, labs, and more.
6. Build patient groups
